About
Understand something end to end, then build it properly.
Noryx is an independent French brand. It brings together software, infrastructure, tools and experiments — very different projects, one way of working.
The starting point is simple: most technical problems live between layers. Between the interface and the API, between the application and the server, between what ships and what gets maintained. Noryx works across the whole stack — from the code down to the machine running it — so nothing falls through the gaps.
01Principles
- 01
Open technology
Linux, PostgreSQL, public standards and tools you can read. Whatever gets built should be understandable, transferable and hostable somewhere else.
- 02
Engineering first
Tests where a mistake is expensive, versioned configuration, repeatable deployments. No magic.
- 03
Design is part of it
A clear interface is part of the feature, not decoration. So is the writing.
- 04
Experiment
Some projects exist to learn: an operating system, a game, a tool. What comes out of them feeds the serious work.
- 05
Say what’s true
No made-up numbers, no vague promises. Everything this site describes exists.
02What Noryx isn’t
Not an agency rolling out the same template, and not just a hosting company. Noryx builds its own products, and brings the same standard to the work it does for others.
